The Guilford Parks and Rec Department is running a Winter Strength Training Program. Signups need to be enrolled ASAP at the Office in the Greene Community Center.This program will teach proper weight training skills. Participants will learn basic lifting techniques for a variety of exercises. Core stability, balance and control will be stressed, through exercises and drills. This will be a great foundation for all sports. All fitness levels welcome.
Participants: Students in Grades 7-9, or ages 12 and up
Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
When: January 8-March 20
No Class Dates: February 19, 20, 21
Time: 4:30-5:30 p.m.
Where: Guilford High School Weight Room
